He was pissed off before the match because he's been reading the meltdowns on BM.
During and after the match he was pissed off because City started the game passive, leggy even(although at no point were Southampton "dominating" the game, Andy Hinchcliffe must have been high) and defensively complacent at times. He mentioned the error that led to the attack before the penalty from a throwin, was not the first time he's seen these kind of mistakes creeping in this season.
The rest was the officiating:
The ref was giving Southampton throw ins, goal kicks and free kicks they had no right to all game which was clearly getting to our players after a while.
The penalty they received was soft but he'd still be annoyed at Laporte, when are players going to learn not to use your arms at all to challenge a player in the box?... Unless of course you're a Southampton player trying to stop KBD running past you at the other end of the pitch, go ahead and put your whole arm right across his chest to stop him in his tracks. After all you've "earned it".
The none penalty at 1-1 on Foden, which would have been a penalty and a red card had that been Ederson(regardless of not meaning to bring the player down) and the fact that he knew the press were trying to wind him up with it, was clearly the biggest source of his frustration. It was a reminder of how things are against Manchester City, he had flashbacks to all the other farce decisions there have been in previous seasons in the PL and the CL too. He may have even heard Sky's commentary team trying to bury the incident during the game, by repeatedly saying they couldn't see any contact. Lescott laughing at the question at half time, was the best response he could have given, it wasn't even up for debate.
