we seem to be making a mountain out of a molehill , we hear all the time that people have fallen out with other people it happens, some people on here seem to want it to be a big deal, flash in the pan amongst ultra competitive professionals , who want the best and want to win, players aren't robots and I'm sure the red mist descends from time to time ,wouldn't want it any other way

For me the difference was Sterling wasn't even in the squad.

Maybe but we do have a fairly big squad. Like I said, Foden got dumped from the squad for a Champions League game and Mahrez got left at home earlier in the season too.

With everyone coming back to fitness and needing minutes, having a bit of a hissy fit is giving the manager a perfect excuse to include others instead.

Depends on the actual context, what was said and who it was said in front of really but Pep doesn't seem to hold grudges. Yaya still getting games shows that.

Yes, we forget that these guys are high competitive playing competitive sport at the very highest level. It's crazy to imagine there aren't arguments, fall outs, and other forms of 'creative tension'.

Have every sympathy with Pep. Sterling would make a saint swear.

One of the only arguments I can somewhat agree with for wanting us to be shit again is that we'd be far more likely to get a decent behind the scenes documentary on it.

At the end of the match you saw Sterling walking down with another City player ( can remember who ). But Sterling had a big smile as did the other player , didnt look like someone who had just had a big row and dropped from the squad.
