Pep Guardiola - 2020/21 Performances

I’ve wanted him to stay for the rest of his life. But now it’s starting to be quite clear he has a shelf life.

Getting so tired of him sitting on his hands refusing to make changes until the opposition has equalized. Look at the Leeds manager he made proactive changes that allowed his team to gain momentum and get back into the game. Pep just throws Bernardo on leaving our worst performer Mahrez on the pitch.

Managers have figured him out and he looks like he has no answers to this.

Pep did brilliant today with the players he had available. Suprised at some of these comments. Extend Pep contract 10+ years minimum

It was obvious our current fitness level was going to be our weakness against a Bielsa side, hard to understand Bernardo on the bench.

Looks like he lost the dressing room against Lyon

Should leave imho he’s heart doesn’t seem to be in it no more . Whole team morale looks low

Pep Team: if you ever read this, STOP PLAYING Kevin in CUP matches, no one cares......you are killing him.

Inherited a squad with 11 players on the wrong side of 30, rebuilt it and had 2 record breaking seasons.

Now he is replacing the legends, the likes of Kompany, Ferna, Silva and Aguero, and building another great team.

He will leave us with a great youngish squad brimming with talent. Legend.

That is big leap in the dark.

Time will tell. It's fairly obvious for me though.

Both Ederson and Steffen are relativy young for keepers.

Same with our CBs. Chances are Laporte and Dias will form a reliable pair. Ake is relatively young too, even Stones is just entering his prime.

We need to sign a LB, DM, CF, and we will be fine for 3-4 years. Then, after next summer, we can add 1-2 top top players every season.

I think the transition will be nearly completed in several months. Come March we will be the bèst team in England in terms of performances injuries permitting. We may even with the league.

The likes of Dias, Laporte, Cancelo, Rodri, Bernardo, Sterling, Foden, Jesus, Torres, Ake, Delap, Palmer, Doyle....can only get better over the next 3-4 years.

So come March we will have a great team again. That's my prediction. Time will tell.
