And Stones to CB. I feel strongly this is such an important change that needs to be made. Stones to CB and Bernardo to RCM alone will make a huge difference
 
Obviously he's played a blinder for most/almost all of this season, but he got it wrong last week and he got it wrong yesterday. The (seemingly obvious) subs came too late as he seemed too stubborn to change it until the 77th minute or whatever it was, but thankfully we got away with it. Hopefully he'll sort it from now onwards
 
given the past 5 years or so, resigned to last week already because he never comes up with a plan B and we know exactly what the Rags will do, the same thing that keeps beating us at our place year after year.

Last weekend was warning enough of how that game will go.
 
Seems like Pep has phases where he is just flat, without ideas or inspiration and we suffer. He needs to re discover his mojo quick as we go into the crunch part of the Season. The rags will no doubt come up with their game of the season.
 
Pep wanted to prove spurs had nothing to do with selection and kinda proved it did have something to do with his selection. That front 5 in the positions they were in just is not the best iteration of our attacking options, too many no.8's making the same runs wanting the same space. pep likes to be right and 99% of the time he is, but he's not here and hopefully two games of meh will convince him of that.

Not really sure what he’s been trying to achieve other than maybe getting Gundo some more minutes. KDB/Gundo/Rodri as a midfield just doesn’t work well and it really needs to be Rodri, Bernardo and one of the other two in there.

As long as those two are the midfield core I think we are generally pretty good with any other line up of the 3rd midfielder and attackers.

Yeah want to see Kev in false 9 for a bit, we're definitely losing control with him in midfield, and he's not producing enough to counter that fact. Not sure how likely it is though, more likely gundo gets sent back to the bench and bernardo moves back.

ok safe, you probably can't even spell tactics let alone understand them so why be a twat needlessly to people who weren't talking to you, not attacking anyone and just talking about city. Have a good one mate and try and keep the post count below a 1000 this year.

Please excuse me going off at a tangent but Pep was coughing in the presser again today.
It seems like he often has a bad chest and I’m wondering if he has some kind of underlying health issue maybe?
I suffer from asthma so I tend to notice these issues.
IMO he could do with drinking some Mullien tea to settle his lungs.

Might just be acid reflux , that makes you cough and clear your throat

You’re right, it could be but he has to suppress coughs so often in pressers that I think he’d be having a swig of the white stuff before he went on if that were the case.
I shouldn’t worry I suppose as the club doctors would’ve stepped in a long time ago if they thought he was showing signs of something serious.

I think it's simply that Pep is one of the most vocal coaches out there and his constant shouting instructions during both games and training temporarily damages his voice box. I would only be worried if his coughing continued during the off season after he has rested his voice.
