What does it say then if he didnt think them two could change the game? If Foden was on the bench he would of brought him on in that situation. I actually think Grealish could of changed things as he can be direct and attract two players onto him.

Bringing on Alvarez late on was bizarre though.

The only thing bizarre about bringing Alvarez on was it was about 30 mins too late

You are making guesses. I also think that Pep had to make changes. In reality, we don't know whether he was wrong. Sometimes the team may be poor and lose even if the manager doesn't make mistakes.

We just want him to try/do something.

He wouldn't be Pep Guardiola if he was doing what the fans wanted. Fans are fans for a reason: they are not good enough to manage (top) teams. Sometimes teams lose even if the manager takes the right decisions. And sometimes teams win in spite of their manager's decisions. Fans pretend to know (that, say, Grealish would have made a difference), but they are just guessing.

And Pep knew no one can make difference?
I thin it is just his overthinking madness.

The point wasn't that Pep knew. It's impossible to know what would have happened had he...The point was that fans didn't know either.

Trust the manager, get behind him, show respect and hope he will stay. What's happening at Chelsea should be a warning. A new manager may struggle big time. Most good managers work at rivals right now.

He over thinks every game. That's why we win so many
We aren’t scousers and we aren’t a cult
He is human and fallible. And if you’re honest you know he had a shocker today.
Few and far between thankfully and I wouldn’t swap him for anybody. But enough with the cult of Pep nonsense
He had a bad bad day. He normally gets a tune out of them after a half time bollocking, but if anything we were even worse as the game went on.
It happens to us all. Bad day at the office. No shame in admitting it
Like Palace at home last season, this bunch have that yellow streak game in them every year.
No excuse whatsoever for waiting til 85m for a sub though
