With the players we are buying it looks like a shift to something more akin to Klopps Liverpool

2 3 5 in possession with full backs providing the width , not sure why he dropped this for Arsenal as it worked well for Chelsea - perhaps he felt he needed to get Savinho in due to his impact mid week

Will be interesting to see what he uses for Madrid

It does not sound like klopps at all.

They had work horse midfielders and traditional fullbacks with good cross back then.

We have the slowest midfield in the world and make shift fullbacks barely manage a cross...

It looks more and more like Oli's rag without counter attack.

It was a full 2 year extension not the 1 plus and option of 1 that was rumoured before he signed.

Interestingly on the video the club released of Rodri bringing his trophy back and being congratulated by the Players Rodri congratulates Pep on his new contract for 2 years and his response was " yes 2 years , at least my friend" so I would be surprised if this 2 years is the only extension he signs if things get back on track.
