Best manager ever but honestly, I'm ready for a change next season. Need to rip off the plaster...

Maybe we are being over sentimental to him in the same way he is too over sentimental with some of these players.

I want him to do well and do the rebuild, but it's just looking like the beginning of the end for me now

My eyes don’t lie to me. Not one of these players is playing for him. No fight, no drive, no hunger and next no effort. He doesn’t come back from this.

*Edit, I happily stand corrected on this. That first 30 mins today was unbelievably bad but the players more than showed the fight and hunger after that. I’m keeping my mouth shut from now on.

It's not that they aren't playing for him, it's he's picking the wrong players who can't play for him. Wtf is he doing with the squad selections. Weird AF.

Combination of both for me. That run in October was tip of the iceberg. We’ll do well to get in conference league.

Mate it’s been like this for literal months.
I’m well aware mate, this opening 30 mins just shows everything that is wrong. They either can’t play or won’t play for him. Whatever the answer I don’t see him coming back from this.

Other teams know their best XI and pick them when they can, but Pep doesn't even seem to know 5 or 6 of his team and he's changing everything every week, with some really odd selections.

That said, some of the players should also be doing better regardless of the lineup and tactics.

Love Pep but his loyalty to some of these players is misguided. He needs to do the one thing he's never had to do in his career, a rebuild of his own team.

He has a most trusted 11 which doesn’t work when theyre out of form or past it.

Risky to pick a lineup for possession when you don't have the pace in the middle to win it back quickly or the intensity of pressure up front to give the midfield time to get back into shape. Looked like the players didn't know what they were supposed to do in the first 30 minutes, but at least they woke up at the threat of going down 0-3.

Nice to see him give McAtee a chance, though I don't get why Gundo stayed for 90 minutes again or why Lewis played at all, He also should not drop Gonzalez again as he's the only one who even has a clue how to play as a DM , also good to see Kova play as an 8 next to Nico and he played well, I think he should stick with that rather than get Silva back in.
