We don’t actually have any tactics.

The game plan in the first half, to be charitable, was to move the ball upfield at a snails pace, via a series of no risk passes, and then give it to Doku in the hope he would do something. That’s it and we scored a lucky goal via a deflected cross.

Second half we looked like we didn’t want to play and just passed it sideways, or hoofed it up from the back. One loose pass and we’re fucked.

Once we conceded, we were very likely to let another one in, as we have done for the last 10-12 games.

That’s pretty much it.

Exactly, you can't rely on this team to keep a clean sheet, we've got 3 quick players in Haaland, Doku, and Foden and we never ever try to use their pace to our advantage, just slow rubbish passing, even Salah with his current form would look like shit in this system.

Yes and no. It might be largely the same squad but our best players aren’t consistently on the pitch. Dias, Stones, Akanji, Rodri, KDB, Foden. If those guys are on the pitch most weeks, we can get away with the likes of Kovacic, Gundo, Nunes et al playing the odd game. However, when these guys become the regulars in the starting XI, thats the level you become and these guys are mid-table level…and that’s where we are heading.

going forward we have problems, and defensively even more problems. while zero match control through the middle, setting the tempo etc.

if anything things getting worse not better since Spurs 4-0 loss started this brutal run.

imagine how much the team worked on these thing in training with absolute no result or change on the pitch.

in 6 CL games our only two wins are Bratislava and S. Prague, Slovakian and Czech cannon fodder level teams. I dont see us beating PSG and Brugge is a good level above champion of Slovakia.

I think Emery is licking his lips for next weeks game at Villa park. and Pep might play into his hand if he fields same player who are in dog shit form week in week out.

And our set pieces mate, jesus christ, got a fluke deflection to help us with the goal but was still shocking, at least Arteta has worked on that for Arsenal to cover up the fact they have no creativity, we don't work on that at all.
