In Peps defence, now our injuries are clearing up we seem to have a very big squad all of a sudden
Hard to keep everyone happy with who’s starting and making the bench.

He’s just spoken on this saying he doesn’t want a big squad and if he has one he’ll quit

The biggest problem this season has been Pep hanging on to a tired and boring system using a mixture of tired, old, and bored players in his squad. That was all down to Pep and Txiki's failure to plan effectively for succession, resulting in underwhelming transfer windows. Complacency.

What they will do is trim the current squad and bring 4 or 5 quality players in.

Bizarre to you, not to me. That extra year has probably added another two years to the much needed rebuild.

Succession planning and activity was more important than 4 in a row imo.

I think it's past time for a change and rebuild for life without Pep.

I honestly think he'd have happily walked away after the CL win if the City Group board had identified a replacement. I think the last two years have had a negative effect on his life and health.
