I thought it was great. Would love to see it every game.

I think the fans will respond to the team and it could encourage us to create a better atmosphere more regularly if we know the players appreciate it.

Every Super League (rugby league) team going back as long as I’ve been watching that sport has done this after every single match they play, home/away, win/lose/draw.

Looked on tv they were applauding a half empty stadium, they would need to do the lap of honour before half time to catch the numpties who sit near me. There pint of shit beer comes first I'm afraid.

Usually stay to the end but northern rail had train cancellations so had no choice but leave after 70 mins, I am sure the team would appreciate that.
