Vinnie was a great player and i love him to bits but he's shown nothing so far as a coach, to warrant being thought of as the next City Manager.
Let's see how he goes over the next few years first but i'd certainly be more than happy with him coming back as part of the coaching staff

Hell no, wait until he has gained some real management experience, and by that I mean both good and bad. Let him make the mistakes he will need to learn from before coming to us.

Just think back to the shit we gave the Rags for appointing OGS, and quite rightly in my opinion. But even he had vastly more experience than Kompany. I would have loved to see Vinny return as assistant manager to Pep but that ship has long since sailed.
