Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

Reading some of the posts in this thread reminds me of why i don't visit this forum as much as I used to......the first word that springs to mind is embarrassing
Too many 12 year olds with too much time on their hands.

Reading it again about success expected, pep might say i cant deliver the chumps league here so i am off, pulis in

He said almost verbatum the exact same thing pep said after lyon

'We haven't done it yet, one day we will crack it'.

There's no obviously realistic alternative. Overall, I hope Pep extends his contract but he's blemished his record at City. I still think he's a great coach but he is capable of errors of judgement.

The season has been unsuccessful and the coach has fallen short of past standards. In part we were dealt a bad hand with injury, but the Lyon game was a self-inflicted disaster, and should be called out as such.
Think you and a lot of guys on here are being harsh on Pep. He lost his mum for goodness sake which I can tell you is massive blow. He also lost his number 2 in Arteta which was also a blow for City. Cut him some slack please folks. Pep =total football. Brian Clough would be nodding in approval at this City team.

Will pep extend if Messi is coming or Messi come if peps extending...is it a recursive loop

Every coach makes errors of judgement there hasn’t been one manager in the history of football who hasn’t . This season has been disappointing but he still is the best man for the job and on our really good days there isn’t a football team out there who plays better football than City. Let’s get behind him, he deserves that from us surely.
Every man , woman and child make errors, it's what you learn from them when you do.

Next time in the latter stages of the Champions League, please Pep, just play to our undoubted strengths and stop worrying what the opponents could do.
