Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

seen nothing about his wife and daughter moving back to Manchester, have you got a link?

You think he’s still sullen in his press confrences from a question asked in May 2019?
Watch the interview with Virat Kohli,or when he's asked a football quaestion, when he talking to somebody he respects or talking football he's quite happy. As for his family been reported loads of times they went back for business then came back, yet people still bring it up.

Jack Gaughan is pretty well connected at the club - that link to Poch and Nagelsmann may well be sourced beyond mere speculation on his part. Could this be the club trying to move him toward a decision?

For me I'd love him to stay. Announce tomorrow even a one year extension and so many clouds would dissipate. Having him as manager gives us clout in world football beyond anyone else available. And beyond that, I do have faith in him to work out solutions to get the most out of the squad.

It is him leaving us dangling right now that really harms things on so many levels.

It could also be sourced from these pages on Bluemoon.
It wouldn’t be the first time would it?

For all those who want Vincent Kompany as manager. There is a very big problem that has to be overcome. The problem is that Vincent Kompany is also a shareholder in Anderlecht.

So how do we overcome this very big problem if we want to have Vincent Kompany as our manager. This is my honest opinion that he will not except any job offer that Cit may offer him.

So we are left with two options, either stay with Pep or go for somebody else for a manger.

Poch got passed us in the cl because the ref wasnt shown the behind the goal handball angle , the cl is a lot about luck and who you are , he got to the final then froze after they went behind really early ,the prem he has been in the leading pack for a while but then drops off , he hasnt won a single cup , all despite six years ish here ,he would be a massive step down , rodgers would be even further down
Not sure what you are on about here? Any manager after Pep will be a step down.
Pochettino and Rodgers are both excellent managers as their track records show. It’s difficult for others to win trophies when City have won so many recently!! I think appointing either of them would be okay by me.

have you got a link saying they came back

genuinely haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere

Oh I'm sorry, would "I don't think concluding that because the manager has not signed a new contract yet with only 8 months left on his current one is grounds for concluding he thinks he is bigger than the club when he has clearly stated that he wants to stay but has to deserve to" suit you better?

I thought about and you got what I thought about it: utter bovine excrement, nonsense, not remotely supported by logic.
Generally when adults disagree they discuss the issue instead of naming calling, won't make that mistake again with you.

Not that Vinnie will get offered the job anytime soon but I think you'll find Vinnie would accept the job of managing City in a heartbeat.

He might be an Anderlecht supporter but hes' a Blue too and his immediate family are Mancunians on top of the fact that career wise, City is a huge step up.

As to him owning shares, that is real simple to sort out.

I've not called you any names so don't start that nonsense.

And by the way, I was responding to what was essentially a disparaging remark about our manager's integrity.

Id be happy with either of those also, both are talented managers who are more than capable of getting the best out of their players. In Rodgers case,i think he still feels he has unfinished business in regards to coming o close to the title with the Dippers.
I also wouldn't be disappointed if we took a look at the Wolves and Southampton bosses.

Obviously all hypothetical if Pep wishes to stick around, which i still suspect he does.
