Pep's contract situation

The media is on the Pep contract situation already that tw*t Ogden was on FiveLive putting all the negativity together to increase it ten fold It’s going to be the new narrative and will be relentless, Pep has to extend even if it’s just for show

Also, Xabi Alonso will never come. He has a huge chance of being either Madrid or Liverpool next manager, and he will want that before managing us.
Slot has gone already?
If Alonso was so keen on the scousers why did he not take up the offer a few weeks ago. He is to smart to allow his past club loyalty to influence his management career, not saying it won’t be a factor but there will be more in important ones coming first

I would have thought that publicly City and Pep would leave an announcement until the end of next season if he were to leave. Ferguson and Klopp are good examples of how it’s not a good idea to annouce early.

Are you talking about the time he changed his mind or the time he actually retired?

Jack Gaughan seems a nice enough chap when he’s on the blue moon podcast but pound to a penny he’s not got any more clue about when Pep’s leaving than the average fan does

It’s a made up story based on a common sense interpretation of information already in the public domain.

On that basis it’s not really news is it Jack

The club's 'expectation' currently may well be that Pep will leave at the end of the season. That isn't the same as them believing he will definitely leave then. Maybe he will see who goes and what new players we get in this summer and then decide if that motivates him to stay longer.

Or not. All to play for.
