That would be a “bad day for football”Hypothetical question. If Pep leaves, would anyone take Klopp to replace him?
Yes just to see the meltdown on Merseyside then sack him a day later.Hypothetical question. If Pep leaves, would anyone take Klopp to replace him?
Corrected for you.Why are we discussing klippety on ANY page, wash your mouth out.
Rhetorical question. Are you having a laugh?Hypothetical question. If Pep leaves, would anyone take Klopp to replace him?
FIFA have given players (and presume this applies to managers also) the ability to extend their club contract to be able to be in this competition. As well as signing early to participate also.A few people have moaned about this Club World Cup but it could be what sees Pep stay.
Pep’s contact ends at the end of June, right in the middle of that competition.
I just can’t see him:
Leaving before the CWC in early June.
Leaving during the CWC when his contract expires.
Doing two week’s extra work for free and then leaving at the end of the CWC.
Giving a new manager no proper pre-season with the team and the new manager just starting at a new club a week before the season starts.
The point still stands though. I think Pep will want to participate. A new manager wouldn’t have any preparation in the lead up to the tournament. Pep leaving after the tournament gives a new manager no preparation for the new season.FIFA have given players (and presume this applies to managers also) the ability to extend their club contract to be able to be in this competition.
