Wouldn't want half our playing squad to suddenly turn asthmatic overnight so that's a no from me.Hypothetical question. If Pep leaves, would anyone take Klopp to replace him?

I can't see Pep or the club allowing a situation where his farewell to City is in America playing in a competition that not many people will be that arsed about and where only a handful of the fans that have been there with him since he arrived will be in attendanceThe point still stands though. I think Pep will want to participate. A new manager wouldn’t have any preparation in the lead up to the tournament. Pep leaving after the tournament gives a new manager no preparation for the new season.

If he`s keen on something new then perhaps Dof+coach could be appealing? More power/influence/money & minority stake holder at city/cfg? He`s already the face of the club. Let`s make it official.
Yes, when he goes he needs to go would be unfair on his replacement if he was anywhere near the club. Not sure even staying in CFG would be ideal.Pep would be a catastrophically terrible Director of Football. It would be like bacon face lurking at the swamp on steroids.
Ha, ha, boom.:-)Hypothetical question. If Pep leaves, would anyone take Klopp to replace him?
