It's great to see some actual gameplay with proper coaching and training. Rather than doing drills over and over and then a short period of actual gameplay, he concentrates on the key aspects. It's so good to see him get involved. Pick the ball up and bark instructions at the players so they know what he expects. Quickly fire a ball in the other direction to force them to react, before switching again.
His drill work will then concentrate on what he sees as weaknesses. You can bet with someone like Sterling for instance, he gets him repeating the same moves over and over until he nails them. He'll have him, Nolito, De Bruyne practice cutting inside and shooting towards the far post etc time and time again so they're confident to do it in the game (De Bruyne does anyway).
Sounds like the way Henry scored a lot of his goals throughout his career. When he got in those positions everyone knew what he was going to do, but stopping him was virtually impossible because he was so good at it. I feel Sterling would benefit from this style of technique work the most.
