Peps Targets

Me neither, mate, although that hasn't stopped their respective camps listening to big-money offers.

I would wager Neymar will get exactly what he is leveraging for out of his current club.

Bale, again, it might come down to the Madrid transfer ban.

It's always subjective, but I would consider Pogba a marquee signing but the next tier down.

The upside being, under Pep, nobody would be able to doubt Pogba's footballing credentials over the next few years?

I suspect one of the things which has convinced Pep is using our cash, allied to his knowledge, knowing who the next superstars are likely to be.

Hence the links also to Sane, Weigl and Stones.

Are stones, sane and Weigl all high up on the list or is that list pretty much not set yet? We don't really know if Pep has started prep work nor going to sign for us Tolm.

"Joey Barton is said to be 'excited' at the prospect of returning to the Etihad under Guardiola. The Liverpudlian born footballer/criminal/philosopher believes he is the key man to begin the new blue revolution under Pep...."

Two pages back people were saying Alaba and Muller. No. Not in a million years. We've just stolen the best manager in the world from Bayern so why on earth do people think they would sell two world class players to us?!
