PFA Team of the Year

I reckon that's about as good as you can expect without fielding 10 City players + Salah. Fernandinho obviously deserves to be in it, as does Sterling. Actually we probably don't have anyone else to put in for CB given Stones injury and subsequent drop in form (would have been a shoe in based on pre-injury). Don't feel like there have been any standouts at left back but Delph makes as good a case as anyone, playing out of position and still being a part of a record breaking team.

I do feel Edersons contribution to our dominance has been hugely, hugely overlooked in favour of some MOTD saves from De Gea.

Fun but pointless stat, if he'd made as many saves as Eddie this season they'd have conceded 78 goals(most in the league) and their goal difference would put them in the bottom half.

Can't really argue with that selection, except maybe the inclusion of Eriksen in the midfield.
Glad Sergio is finally in it for sure!

Anyone complaining about De Gea is looking through seriously blue tinted specs. Without his saves, some of which have actually been "world class" the rags wouldn't be in 2nd place this year. Made a lot of game savers. Whilst we all know Eddie is the best keeper for our system, as your standard goalie, you can't really argue against De Gea being one of the best in the world. The sooner he goes to Madrid the better as I think losing him will affect them a lot worse than anything else.
