Oh the memories
On a hot day when there's loads of kids in the fountains it's a fun game to try and spot them. There's a surprisingly high amount of old men on their own standing and watching with shopping bags covering the front of their jeans...Muzza said:jimharri said:And I could imagine that it would be the sort of place that would attract paedophiles, especially at this time of year when there are lots of youngsters around those fountains.uncle charlie wilson said:I can vouch for the drug dealer comment.
I've had complete strangers approach me on more than one occasion asking me if I wanted to buy cocaine, when I've walked through on a Saturday night. Openly, in the street.
I work with the police a lot and they have said, every paedophile website they have taken down or ring they have uncovered it is flooded with pichures from the gardens, I myself have guided police to certain suspects taking photos.

That brings back memories - there was a rhino outside Mothercare.
One of them you could climb right through, an the other you could stand up in the middle (think that was the elephant)
memories.......
What about those ones that are there now (across from the bus stops)?
