would we not be lookng at a younger model if it was purely a squad player purchase?Yep. Definitely a squad player. Hopefully a handy one
But we'd have to pay more for Aubemyang than we would for Sane? This could also be intended to see if Shalke will lower their price for Sané this window.

You're about two pages too late :)
I think what we are doing is e nsuring we have strength in depthJust seen it mate lol
Tbh the only way I can see him playing more games is if Sterling continues to under perform
thought this deal was dead ten days back. As dead as the Kroos deal. Can't work it out. Nothing's dead, nothing's alive. We're in zombieland.
And everything's imminent!
As Pep says in his taxi, WAIT ! WAIT !thought this deal was dead ten days back. As dead as the Kroos deal. Can't work it out. Nothing's dead, nothing's alive. We're in zombieland.
Whilst I think Aubameyang would be an amazing signing what worries me, if we do pull it off, is the potential of losing two key strikers for the AFCON with him a guaranteed starter for Gabon and Nacho highly likely to make the Nigerian squad too.
With Sergio's recent run of injuries could we potentially risk having no recognised strikers available??
Ps I'm going off others' comments that Nolito is more of a winger than a recognised striker which is why I haven't put him forward as cover.
Ahhh .... Hadn't realised. Must engage brain before posting in future!Nigeria didn't qualify.
