Maybe we won't win in 3 years more or less, but what do you prefer? Expend every year a lot of money in old players or make a young team in which we haven't had to expend every year a lot of money and with the pass of the years this players feel the shirt like you and me?
I prefer the second option, i don't want a team that don't think in the future and expend money without think if this player is the adecuated or not.

And excuse me but young player doesn't mean bad player. We can find very good player without have 31 years old.
