PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The article by Thomas in the Sun was very welcome and very surprising but isn't relevant to the present problems. The most serious charges are nothing to do with FFP of either the UEFA or PL variety but maintain that City are guilty of falsifying their accounts KNOWINGLY and the club would lose if Lord Pannick were to argue that the club did falsify the accounts because FFP placed unlawful and ridiculous limits on investment because this would not deal with the charges City actually faced. As Projectriver showed, the club faces ver serious charges and a threat to its very existence. So let's stop deluding ourselves that the issue is FFP. Lord Pannick will certainly fight the right case!

This is as good example of any as to why the club’s effete approach to this issue has manifestly failed.

If I was him I would have spent the week leading up to this preparing FACTS to throw at them.
 
Not seen the build up as on the way to the ground.
Did micah not even say something like if there were additional payments, nobody told me because I didn't get any
 
Danny Mills & lee Hendrie on Ssn discussing the charges, both admitted they don’t know the inner workings of FFP or understand the charges…..What the fuck are they discussing it for then, just pure speculation on worst case scenarios.

you are the one who is deluded if you think we are facing existential risk. at worse if the charges are proved true the top brass will face the music and will run into the law. we still will be top 10 richest and most valuable club in the world. at worst we will get demoted with billions of valuable asset with us. we will then go straight back into the PL and start making these PL clubs our bitches again. will be the Juventus situation at worst. but it not going to happen anyway as our owners are too intelligent and powerful to let it happen./
