No. The response was to quote market cap, so my reply is about market cap. Not hard, you know.So you’ve gone from one Tesco store to the entire company
Tesco is one of the largest companies in the world. As are most top flight football clubs

A bigger problem is that he thinks he's smart. He really isn't.
He has a blind-spot when it comes to City and United.I would imagine Salford have higher revenue than traditional clubs like Oldham & Notts county. He’s built the brand & yet he can’t see in a similar timescale what we’ve done.
Repeating myself here. The response did not quote the T/O of a large branch but quoted market cap, so I replied on market cap.Tbf to the guy, you said a Tesco branch which is the thing that raised eyebrows, not the whole company. Surely you aren't doing a dom and moving the goalposts?
:)
Correct. Bayern and PSG are the outliers, not City, but he wont have done any homework on that. Just talk from emotion.Bayern Munich have bigger revenues on sponsorship than City. This is Bayern Munich playing in the Bundasliga which is a mere back water than no one cares about globally compared to the Premier League. This is Bayern Munich with related parties such as Allianz, Addidas and Volkswagen.
Why would City not winning the Premier league 4 out of 5 times and reaching the latter stages of the champions league not see that turn into revenue and more interested parties wanting to come on board as commercial partners?
If you apply Neville’s logic that clubs who have always dominated will have bigger commercial draw than City, where are Preston North End? Where are AC Milan? The guy is a fucking idiot and I’d be worried if I supported Salford with him in charge.
I’ve not gone into reading what was said initially by Kevin Parker although I get the gist of it, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he signed something giving the BBC license to edit his comments on pretty much how they see fit, and I know they do this because it was done to my sister many years ago on a programme called ‘The Money Programme’ and made her the target of a ‘hate campaign’Kevin Parker on sky live from the ground saying titles etc not tainted. Firstly make your mind up and secondly you should have told sky to do one. Why would any City fan want to give them any time when they are one of main agenda culprits
I am retired and physically immobile, furthermore Bluemoon is my only social media presence so you might expect me to post frequently but 60,000 wow. I obvs have a long way to go.Some sad fuckers on here with over 60,000 posts.
Wouldn't worry about anything written by the champagne socialist nutjob that is John Nicholson. He wrote a book a few years ago saying that Premier League footballers should only be allowed to take home a salary of £225k-a-year, giving no regard to the ensuing player exodus that would inevitably follow. In the same book, the salt-of-the-earth Middlesbrough fan admitted to spending four weeks in Las Vegas with his wife and blowing £35k. In other words, a **** and a hypocrite to boot.
Do all the city fans get a blow job as well or is this just the club itself? Where do I cash in?
He has a blind-spot when it comes to City and United.
His allegiance is so strong in his mind, and he bought into the Trafford kool-aid about being “the biggest club in the world” and supposedly doing things the right way, and he can’t quite align it with the reality that in the end even he has more or less woken up to.
I’m pleasantly surprised by his more recent comments, he has defended us, he’s acknowledged that even the premise of FFP is flawed, but also that we have stuck to it only to be targeted by crooks who have always had a lot of power in the game.
He has to throw in the bizarre half-backtrack that allows him to see United at the top in his fantasy scenario, just for his own sanity, but he could have piled on like many in the media and instead chose to take a stand.
