What’s the high court call out in reference to - must have missed that story
Harris positioned himself as a ‘Football Finance Expert’ when giving evidence in the Barry Bennell case - and the Judge specifically ruled that there was nothing in any of the evidence he provided that qualified as in any way expert.
The Judge’s guidance was that Harris’ evidence should not be considered to be that of an ‘expert witness’, as he had referred to himself, and therefore should not be considered as such in the final judgement.
He merely made a series of factually apparent statements with no expert insight applied or offered at any point.
The Judge essentially enforced a legally considered evaluation that Harris is a complete fantasist, who passes himself off as an expert - whereas in reality he’s merely an average dullard who took the stand and stated the blindingly obvious when called upon to apply his ‘expertise’ to the evidence presented.
A pretty humiliating evisceration of the mad bastard’s fantastically inflated view of the apparent ‘insight’ he holds in relation to his supposed specialist subject!
