PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I see Leeds, Forest and few others clubs are threatening lawsuits of £300m against the Premier League if Everton stay up and ignored spending rules.

Seems like something we could expect also.

They don’t have a case, FFP is applied retroactively.

The Premier League can’t look at Chelsea’s spending for example and sanction them because they can’t afford it - no one knows what they can afford until they submit their books.

Everton’s books were looked at last year and were just about OK, if they fail for this season then it’s a matter for when those books are looked at, not earlier.

if liverpool gets top 4 i doubt anybody from big 6 cares besides arsenal

Gonna need free version of that article.

Not sure I like the sound of it though, if we're going down that route?..
Appealing prior to a adjudication doesn't sound like a legit process and more likely petty minded inaccurate shite journalism. Surely the process would be adjudication - disseminate - outcome - appeal
