PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

UEFA were doing as they were told by the top European clubs. The fallout for them losing at CAS has been minimal and was always going to be. It was never going to cost UEFA huge amounts if City were out of the CL for a while.

The PL have decided to take on their own dominant team, who have brought in the best manager in the world, as well as some of the best players in the world. The PL makes it’s money off being able to market this. If they make this stick, then the likes of Pep, KDB, Haaland et al not only leave City, they leave the Prem. Good luck to the PL in their next round of TV negotiations when the best side, manager and players are no longer here. That scenario is if they win. If they lose, what next after going after one of their own clubs in probably the highest courts in the land?

Either way, they lose massively and as I say, that’s what worries me.

No they don't. The vast numbers of fans worldwide buying into the premier league support the rags, dippers or arsenal and latterly Chelsea. Taking us out of the equation would be manna from heaven for them. Back to the good old days of Super Sunday and sharing the title between them again. Their subscriptions would go up even more. They'd then have the problem of Newcastle of course.

I think we should boycott all the games till this is sorted out , be very embarrassing for the premier league to have An empty stadium. Process has has been going on for that long now , it’s a joke
And how would that help City?

I fully support the investigators of the raggy rapist being on the independent panel. They could have photos and videos of brown envelopes being moved and still fcuk it up.

The PL know exactly we will fight legally and in a big way, unless they are utterly benign , why would they risk everything attacking one of it's major members without serious proof of fraud?
Because the Hateful Eight have demanded the PL go after City. I sense the PL don't want/need this, but if your "founding members" demand their competition back, what can the PL do?

If they piss off the red shirt mafia & they threaten to setup a new English Super League (Essentially the PL under new ownership/stewardship), how else could the PL react?

We know which clubs are behind this. I’d be really surprised if we’ve done nothing to protect ourselves in this and done our own research. There will be people at Board level in these clubs and at the FA who are fucking someone that they shouldn’t be, snorting something they shouldn’t be, have kids with a habit that they are trying to keep quiet etc. It’s time to go on the offensive. We are in a fight for our lives. Ruin lives, wreck marriages and sink businesses. It’s only when these fuckers realise that they can’t pull the Tigers tail and get away with it they will stop.

How convenient it all is.

One instance correlating could be a coincidence.

When all the ducks start to line up it's deliberate.
When it comes to government and legal battles it is very rare for impartiality to trump politics. There is no such thing as a truly independent body and corruption is endemic in this country in all walks of life.
