PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I don't claim to be a financial expert, and I'm certainly not going to pretend that I know anyone within the club.
However, I do know a lot about Market Research and Opinion Polls, and as far as I'm concerned, regardless of eventual verdict, the damage has already been done.

I've just suffered the misfortune of listening to the latest Times Podcast which begins: "Despite Manchester City winning the Premier League, it's been a great weekend"
That's supposed to be a joke from a rag-supporting presenter, but Alyson Rudd then refers to City as a Cult, and compares the worshipping of Guardiola with a Fascist Party Rally

She makes no apology for wanting City to be liquidated, and trust me, the feeling is mutual.

However, the podcast finishes with typical Kangaroo Court Justice
FOR THE SAKE OF CLARITY MANCHESTER CITY DENY ALL THE CHARGES, BUT WE'RE GOING TO SPEND THE NEXT TWENTY MINUTES ASSUMING THAT THEY'RE GUILTY

Delaney, Rudd, Harris, Syed, Jordan, Ziegler, Carragher, and Neville, are incessant with their tedious bollocks, and this will continue until some kind of half-arsed verdict or compromise is eventually agreed.

That's the reality unfortunately, because thanks to the current stalemate, we've already been tarnished.

Excuse my ignorance but just what has been heard today, I assume that it has be said in here but busy at the moment so no time to peruse the whole days postings ...TIA

It was suggested the club think this may be concluded this year

You are of course correct and that is in my opinion the aim of it all to tarnish the club, however consider it a battle in a war, they have scored a hit on us, however the war is not over, looking in the long term Citys commercial success and attracting a worldwide fanbase moves on apace, apart from some bitter enders this will fade from the memory

It doesn't stop us winning and it doesn't stop our global fanbase growing. So who cares actually?

I enjoy the piss boiling to be honest.
It makes me laugh more at the fools.
