Worth saying, theres nothing in the last 10 years of this shit to say that City's corporate accounting is anything less than 100% above board. Football authorities charges are all associated with what are effectively rules (ie FFP policies) for routine participation in league or cup competitions. All of the allegations, AFAIK, are of misrepresentations within that. Which is absolutely not a criminal matter. Business owners investing their own money in their own businesses is, actually, generally held to be a positive in democratic society. Just not when HHSM does it, obvs :)

I don't claim to be a financial expert, and I'm certainly not going to pretend that I know anyone within the club.
However, I do know a lot about Market Research and Opinion Polls, and as far as I'm concerned, regardless of eventual verdict, the damage has already been done.

That's supposed to be a joke from a rag-supporting presenter, but Alyson Rudd then refers to City as a Cult, and compares the worshipping of Guardiola with a Fascist Party Rally

She makes no apology for wanting City to be liquidated, and as far as I'm concerned, the feeling is mutual.

However, the podcast finishes with typical Kangaroo Court Justice

I guess, with regards to taking any decisions to court, being able to show something comparable, is there another case that is comparible? IE another club that has done what is alleged with City.
