The only information they'll be given access to relates to the shares that are quoted. Apparently that's one called Manchester United plc, which is registered in the Cayman Islands amd listed on the NYSE. If there's another company the Glazers use to hold debt related to the purchase but isn't a subsidiary of the listed one, then they won't have access to that.Is your opinion similar to mine that the two interested suitors of the rags have been given NDA access to the Cayman Islands accounts? As if so I believe they have decided that the liabilities they would be taking on a far too great for them to pursue the acquisition of the rags?
