UEFA were time barred.
Premier league isn’t.

The time barred stuff was pre 2014 they are looking at accounts up the 2017-18 season. Why haven’t Uefa clocked onto something being wrong on these accounts for the seasons after the time barred stuff? Are Uefa’s auditors wrong or the premier league auditors wrong? The premier league investigation started at exactly the same time the uefa one did. Would Uefa not be like a dog with a bone trying to fuck us over on our later accounts after what happened with the CAS?

Why would a bank break GDPR by giving the PL ANY information about Mancini or his accounts?

Well, if they have located this third party, and managed to link transactions from them to club employees, without the club acknowledging them in their accounts, then you clearly have off the books transactions.

They could have very well approached former employees and got this info straight from the horses mouth. It wouldn't necessary have any implications on them, as players do sign separate image deals, commercial incomes, play bonuses etc...

But this activity has to show on the clubs accounts, and if they don't, then the disparity in the accounting is fairly obvious.

You could potentially be paying someone 80 grand a week salary, on the books, but then have a further 100 grand per week under the table. The player is not liable for it, although it is a bit dodgy, but they can just blame it on their agents who did all the paperwork for them.

100+ breaches could be just that. In the form of transactions from a third party, to employees which do not show up in any of the clubs accounts. The club could potentially deny all knowledge of this 3rd party, but they've probably already established the direct link. Which is why they are so confident to announce it to the world.

This isn't a crisis like Barcelona, no one is trying to cut down/undermine pep powers or control here, it's bigger than him, it's about the club but we're lucky to have a strong character like him in these times. As for PL, they're desperate to see one of their favourites get space and break city's dominance, club should come out with nothing to loose and may look into ESL because it will happen one day anyway

The big worry is Peps future at City now , he cited political reasons , and his constant expectation to fend off the press and fans at Barcelona as to why he left,as a result , make no mistake about - city have just become political overnight , he hates the press as it is , and now the prodding and questioning will increase tenfold , I hate to say it , but I fear the end is coming for Peps time at City , guilty or innocent , this shit has just got serious.

It’s all guesses & opinions but I’d say that sounds a bit like scaremongering tbh.

He won’t have to do extended or more frequent press contact because of this, and if he keeps saying “I’m not commenting on that” for example as a stock answer, the questions will stop. I hope city refuse to do any interviews for the Premier league brand while the charges are hanging over us. I'd hope they refuse to do anything promotional for the Premier league but I'd imagine we r under contract to do so.
