PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If this timeline Is true, if the Premier League have a case and if City have “irrefutable evidence of our innocence” why is it taking so long to have a hearing ?

Because we showed them the 100 of thousands of documents that we are and that takes years! Bad enough Bias opposing fans thinking it should be all done a dusted because we show them this evidence on one piece of a paper!?

They want to look at every document because those kunts wants to find something! Utter kunts those red shirts clubs plea Levy the kunt

What’s the blocking newspapers all about? First time hearing this.

Genuinely don’t know if the time set for hearing is ideal for the club. Makes sense with gravity of allegations and years looked at spanning involved.

Does what he is saying here carry weight? Or is just spouting drivel??

I have feeling they want something to stick to us if not all. Pure desperation it’s going to take til next year to get closure. Cloud hanging over us from past allegation should not have any impact on future successes.

Simon Jordan, Jim White, Talksport, Daily Mail. Drivel most likely then.

It's likely to go like the Leipzig game.. first half PL lawyers tip the scales and looks like we're guilty. second half City comeback.

If we don't concede more goals that is!

But they're really mad at us.
The Rags are mad we have our own treble.
The Dips are mad we stole Istanbul from em.
Gooners are mad we haven't let em win last year.
Levy is mad we didn't pay for Kane like we did for Walker.

Now two more years of Guilty in the media for sure!

Wish we'd sue those 4 fuckers and the PL for damages!
Levy hates us yet like rest of prem has been recruiting key staff to recreate what Man City have in the prem. interesting depth article in the Athletic.

https://theathletic.com/5098615/202...e-aiming-to-learn/?source=user_shared_article Tottenham and City Football Group: Are Spurs trying to learn from Manchester City?

Some interesting parts..

Not sure why Simon Jordan is being used as some sort of "expert" on anything in Football. Went through 5 managers in 18 months and then plonked Palace into administration, so naturally in the wally world of alt-fact Brexit Britain hes given a bully pulpit to lecture people on how clubs should be run. You wouldnt let the guy run a school tuck shop.

The can of worms being opened by the Premier League, especially with the retrospective punishment of teams under FFP rules, will lead to its demise, in my opinion.

This is not being discussed in the media, because it does not fit their agenda, as they just require clicks/support from the Red Tops fans.

FFP I think will not last another 10 years and will certainly be modified dramatically.

Just wait for the Saudi League transfer window to open this summer and their might be the odd article against FFP. They have no FFP restrictions and can do what they want. When a golfer is reportedly being offered 500 million to join LIV, they certainly have the scope to inflict major damage on the Premier League/ Europe by attracting the best players over a sustained period (unlike China presently).

Perhaps the cartel wish to destroy/damage City and Chelsea before abandoning FFP?

The Legal implications of all this, also could have a dire effect upon all parties.

Reminds me slightly of Brexit.
Super league talk will rear its head once again. Frankly ffp is killing the game and if we wasn’t around the premier league wouldn’t haven’t went for billions decade ago.

Sue who for what?

Even in the absolute best case scenario that this is all a wild goose chase, trying to rehash the UEFA case, the fact still remains that City could’ve put this to bed at any time in the past 5 years, rather than clam up on legal advice and refuse to respond to the PL’s fishing trips.

No court in the world is going to rule jn your favour for something you could’ve actively prevented.

Please fuck off
