Have you ever thought they don't actually want to resolve the issue?

There is never going to be settlement that makes them or the PL look good in any capacity and if they actually convict on the charges or drop the charges, and we sue/ appeal.. it's actually worse for them!

The status quo suits them the best!



It's just like politics:

Gives them a forever "we must protect ourselves, and only we're willing to do that" to try and stay in power or distract from their abysmal behaviors and policies, which is why they deliberately don't want to actually work on anything resembling a real solution!

FFS.. just look at Israel/ Palestine.. or immigration or NHS.. same exactly playbook!

So they're just going to keep on beating the 115 drum infinitely and this matter isn't getting resolved anytime soon if ever.

City's exec should call him up to ask him to explain himself and ask him what specific evidence is Ceferin referring to? Ceferin's reps presided over a kangaroo court. What a jerk!

Bizarre that he, of all people, would come out with this now. I thought out of all the UEFA lot he was supposed to be a friend of the club.

I'm no expert but I think even if it turns out to be the worst case scenario:

Two not so independent commissions both say City are guilty but the club are still adamant that their accusers haven't given anywhere near enough sufficient evidence(the minimum level of satisfaction) in accordance with english law. The club cannot stop the punishment being handed out and end up in league 2, with a massive fine, players lost, sponsorship deals lost and a massive decline in revenue as a direct result.

The club are only left with taking the PL and their commissions to the courts for damages(including any punishments handed out), to basically say they've lied about proving their case and damn near ruined a big club in the process. There is no way I can believe there is a world were you basically run your own kangaroo court/arbitration process and not be held account, if you govern it fraudulently.
