PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Semi final vs Real, he was immense.
was a game a few seasons ago at the Etihad where we were losing and down to 10 (i think). The just went full pepball and we're pretty positionless for the 2nd half comeback, he was incredible.

Well it doesn't really matter anyway, as it apparently wasn't proven as true but I would argue there is a difference between a pundit not addressing certain issues because they are sensitive and need to be treated with caution, even to the extent of not expressing an opinion if they don't understand all the facts, and purposefully expressing an opinion that isn't their own because the director wants a certain opinion.

The upshot of the latter would be that the opinions these pundits express are even more worthless than we currently think. May as well be Talksport presenters.

Anyway, I'm not really interested in a long discussion about it, but I still stand by my view, possibly in my naivety, of course.

We absolutely know that pundits are asked to take a particular stance to make a program more interesting, or provide a counterpoint. It's how TV/radio has been made for decades, and it's not even a secret.

Why I said it's normal in the first place, is that the OP was implying that things which are completely standard in TV, for both legal and entertainment reasons, was someone proof of some bigger conspiracy.

This is a good point. So you will have a number of interpretations within the spectrum of reasonableness and then a whole load outside too. Chaos.

Surely there will be a summary page that is clear enough? 99% of people shouldn't have to make it past that page?

Won't this be more like the CAS award which was pretty clear from the get go, rather than the APT case which was (made to be) "unnecessarily" vague and tortuous?

Go on, I’ll bite!

Because, in this context, fast means ‘not eating’, as opposed to ‘going quick’ hence you are breaking the fast.
So if you don’t eat anything between morning and night about 12 hrs gap, wouldn’t that also considered as fasting ?
