That takes me back to my working days in Engineering.also lack thereof would be damning also, we got done on the strength of 6 emails out of hundreds of thousands so even if the pl execs supply emails and txts it would be a statistical improbability to say that none of them allude to at least some level of collusion to stop city so they are damned if they and damned if they dont.
Scrap metal was an item of value so it was collected and sold.
No monthly invoices brought the question what about scrap (metal turnings and flame cut scrap) ?
Full disclosure alerted all to its value especially non ferrous metal
So it is alleged that a proportion was invoiced and the rest paid in cash.
VAT man happy and cash was always useful.
Perhaps engineering myth but who knows.,?
So zero emails addressing City is extremely unlikely including the one telling all to never send emails.

The technicality of their being no proof to substantiate any of the allegations.
PL have quadrupled our legal bill m’lord ;)Yeah you could but by doing that you open yourself up as to why you have done that as the only reason you would overwrite data is to the save the cost of buying more storage or to conceal existing data and i dont think anyone is going to buy that they did to save the cost.

Manchester City, relying on some hacked emails, have accused the PL……
We know what we are looking for and exactly where to find it once full disclosure is done as legally required.
Why? Because we already found what we were looking for when we hacked them. But unlike the PL or UEFA, we kept our powder dry.
