He's had Andy Morrison at the door.It might not be a letter but a message from City saying that if you continue with this then we will act. Too many of these idiots have gone quiet or changed their collective tunes for this not to have happened.
Letter Before Action. Why everyone has to abbreviate, acronymise, or use initialism as in this case, things is really annoying. CBA with it all.Forgive my limited legal knowledge, but what is a LBA?
Letter Before Action. You send an LBA setting out your complaint andForgive my limited legal knowledge, but what is a LBA?
Did the same on the transfer forum before posters got wise to him. A desperate ITK merchant. This guy isn’t ITK. Just posts other people’s stuff, like team news etc.
Remember they rushed the charges when the Government was looking at a football regulator and wasn't the charges so rushed there were some very basic errors on them, i seem to remember something like thisFor me, the big thing is the failure of the PL to properly assess the facts. They could easily have gathered all their evidence and then briefed a KC to give a full written opinion. It looks like they jumped into issuing charges too quickly. If they were under pressure from the Redshirts, the KC’s opinion would have sufficed, if not to satisfy them, at least to shut them up.
They could also have undertaken not to prosecute and held serious discussions with the club about the club‘s actions and lessons for the future.
What they have done is not professional nor normal business practice.
(All subject to a caveat that I am guessing about the PL‘s action and knowledge.)
Plus lock up the bile foaming hoards of dippers and rags. The easy way out is we have done a full and extensive investigation into Manchester City's finance's and we have found that there finance's are true so therefore no further action is required....simple and true
He actually changes his tune to say he only says it to wind up City fans because City are the best team in the world.
That’s very different.
I’m still not sure we’d have bothered with him but it’s possible an advisor has said you are at risk so maybe don’t leave yourself exposed.
If cleared, isnt it ironic that its the Rags who failed FFP ( uefa, still waiting to hear about a PL investigation ) and the Dippers escaping a certain breach by putting 50 million for a new stadium that never happened on the books. No questions were raised of course as to where that 50 million went as certainly consulting fees etc wouldn’t scratch that figureThe tweets about City sending cease and desist notices out to people in the media came at the same time that the clubs execs have never been more confident about chucking these 115 breaches in the bin. Whoever the inside sources are what they are saying is coming to fruition. Are we going to see some major piss boiling in Stretford, Merseyside and Notth London by the time the clocks go back?
