If there was irrefutable evidence then you would expect the PL legal team to advise the PL to save its money. I’m not even sure it’s possible to have irrefutable evidence for all of the charges. Okay the Mancini thing might be a sworn statement by the key individuals and copies of bank statements but even then the PL might suggest off-book arrangements. How do you prove that hasn’t occurred. Luckily the legal system will be concentrating on the likelihood of this happening and will demand evidence from the PL which is equally likely to not be irrefutable evidence.
Yeah I see where you're coming from. Semantics ultimately. We could believe our evidence is irrefutable, but that's only true if we do get off the charges!
I wouldn't expect any lawyers to turn down a lucrative job!
