The second guy's reaction is telling too, when he says something like 'can't talk about it, but we just did 4 podcasts on it'. Either way, fine to speculate, wrong to run away with as confirmation or proof.

Will wait for Tuesday then when he will probably say something like he as been advised not to show the letter. The guy is just full of shit. I really hope he as received a letter but have my doubts.
