PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I do find it ironic that the fans of rival clubs especially Everton, Newcastle & Villa who have been screaming for the book to be thrown at us even since the charges were made public are now crying how unfair ffp/psr is now it's affecting their clubs
Brilliant isn’t it, they simultaneously want us thrown out of the league because they think we broke the rules and want the rules to be rescinded

Pretty sure the 3 of them (not sure about Villa?) voted for FFP in the first place

Heard him on Talksport on Saturday saying he didn't have a clue when the outcome would be announced and neither did City or the PL

So it won't be anytime soon then
Yeah…I heard the twat also, one thing I noticed was when he said the word “political”.
There you go people, this is the narrative they’re going to churn when city are fully exonerated…..

They did.....villa the only ones who voted against FFP , APT and PSR made up rules
The only clubs that voted against FFP from the start including us were
Fulham, West Brom, Aston Villa, Swansea and Southampton

City need to get in a room with those PL clubs and build their own power bloc of clubs. The only way to stop this bull shit rinse and repeating is to get allies in the Premier League boardroom.

Bellend will end up at the rags before very long, once that happens his reputation plummets leaving space in the England set up for better more rounded players like Foden.
If he were to get rumbled at real and follow the coin, we’d have to endure a year and r two of unbearable arse licking about how such a coup/ giving real a bloody nose showed they are back.

Than the inevitable denouement/the ‘less he plays better he gets’/vague footballing reasons excuses for why he leaves for fuck all.

Tedious wouldn’t be the word. Pogba mk2 might be.

Whilst not disagreeing with your thoughts, isn't the issue the number of US-owned clubs that vote with the cabal, regardless of the validity/legality of the proposals put forward by a clearly hostile PL ?

Until Masters and lackies on the PL board are forced to comply with the legalities of their proposals, it seems they will continue to frustrate the wishes of non-US owners.

That's not true because they don't play the same position which means they can play together.

I suspect you are being obtuse, as the op was talking about the influence Bellingham holds over the management thinking and application.

Bellingham should be a team member and not regarded as THE team - leave that shit to RM.

The problem has always been the big 5 clubs have bullied the other clubs with the threat of leaving for a ESL.

In theory the football regulator will have either stopped that threat or made it much more difficult.

Each club around that table has one equal vote. City need to use diplomacy to build a bloc of power and influence in the Premier League boardroom. It doesn’t matter where the owners are from, City can’t change that, and need to work with the owners of the clubs as they are now. The best way is to appeal to teams who are fighting below the traditional big 6 and offer them an opportunity to challenge.

Was that from the cafe bit as a meal or from the over priced shop
Oh the gargantuanly over priced shop, of course.
One always needs to break up one's journey back from the Scottish estate at Tebay, if nothing else it gives the chauffeur a break and the butler chance to stock a decent hamper for supper when we get back to Cheshire...

Do we really need to go for "world class" - look at Mbappé as an example. PSG won the Champions League AFTER he left, and Real Madrid have taken a small backward step. We don't need prima donnas just very skillful and experienced players who have the same personal attributes that we encourage in our squads.
Yes, I said world class not egotistic.

They can call it what the fuck they want and twist themselves into the ground for all I care, just as long as we're cleared.

FFP was specifically designed by the Cartel to stop teams like City, Chelsea, Newcastle, Villa, and Everton from progressing. These clubs were played by the Directors at United, Liverpool, Arsenal, and laughingly Spurs (who feared being left behind by new investment at other well-supported clubs). It is amazing how so many people in this country allow themselves to be manipulated by the media instead of thinking for themselves.
