We will have to agree to disagree we might not like it, but is it fair comment? Any c & D would be against major parties openly calling the club as cheats
 
do not forget for a second the plan was behind the charges is to discredit City as much as possible but also to get Pep out the door. little did they know that he will use this as ammunition and extra motivation towards the team.

PL happily went ahead with this investigation due to the lobby of red cartel and Spurs and others. smear campaign at its best.

this is why we need to fully bash all the charges and ask Masters to explain publicly what went wrong so much for him.
 
I’ve probably missed this but isn’t British Law clear on “Fruit of the poisoned tree”, as far as evidence from hacked sources is concerned?
