PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Mmmmm......some "evidence" posted by an Arsenal fan account on Twitter. Seems legit, and Arsenal fans have absolutely no reason to be upset with City at the moment, so it's clearly going to be an impartial and fair summary of things.

Amazing how Mr Magic Hat has all the evidence but the Premier League spent 4yrs+ trying to find something. Perhaps he should let them know.

What? Huh? Surely not? But But....

You mean to say that the day after us winning the league, the 4th league in a row and creating history, some wetwipe on social media has suddenly turned detective, flummoxed all involved, come to a conclusion before the actual trial date and stunned the world with this "Exclusive".

Yeah, given the bile that has been thrown at us from all quarters of the media since the Spurs game and especially after yesterday, it's clear no-one has been given a slap by City's legal team.

I read the first few paras. He managed to ignore the fact that CAS discounted the emails as having no cogency and proceeded to call them damming evidence. I assume the rest was as bad.

If only there was someone at Arsenal who’d spent time at City and would know if the hierarchy genuinely believed that we are innocent

Free speech laws just protects them from being arrested by governments.

Not to spew biased drivel against a private organisation at will.

City can ban who they want. Imo they really should start banning people and stop giving sky and others access to players unless they stop being so biased against us.

This is interesting although it did make me laugh the quote about potential outcomes - which basically covers every possibility !

Still a bit concerned that almost every journo out there thinks the case will be heard in the Autumn - or October as seems to be the chosen month.

Not a sniff anywhere else that it’s looking more like the Summer resolution other than from out ITKs.

Not sure any actual ITK's have mentioned a Summer resolution.

Plenty of trolls and know nowts on twitter saying the case has been thrown out etc, but that's just lies.
