There's only so much they could investigate without our involvement. They were looking at half the picture at most. Once they have the full picture they can say it's a different story and nothing to look at.

For all the surmising on the forum,the club have made ONE statement in 15 months and are spending millions on a massive redevelopment programme.They ate gonna look incredibly amateurish if irrefutable doesn't mean irrefutable.

I don’t know how he has got such confidential info but his reputation will be sky high if this is all resolved in our favour this year.

I'm the opposite. If we're cleared I won't give a fuck what anyone says, but being cleared is the absolute must here. Some people will always hold their fucked up opinion but enough people on middle ground will have a change of attitude.

There's a "clear and obvious" way out for the PL which preserves the brand and makes them look decent regulators.

Their chance to do this vanished when they announced 'charges'. They have basically said they have found evidence of guilt and passed it to a panel to pass judgement. The investigation is over.
If the panel doesn't agree with their conclusions, the only way they can save face is if we produce evidence to the panel that we withheld from the PL investigation.
If we then provide an explanation to the panel as to why we withheld evidence and the panel agree with us, the PL will be utterly fucked as a organisation with any integrity or competence.

Magically, City pay their staff decent wages instead of being cheapskates who fuck over their employees. The guy must love Walmart - they employ vast numbers of people on shit money as well.

We’ve also payed out quite a few bonuses recently cos Sir Pep has been quite good at his job.
