PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Love it!

It is a write up to justify their decision for each charge with a comprehensive explanation of their decision, they need to check the law even call in advice from experts over and above the ones who appeared They also have to ensure that procedures were followed to the letter and check case law
If the verdict is found against City and in light of who they are accusing of fraud they need to be extra sure of their verdict
It’s a huge undertaking but it should be out by now, in my view.

Not the verdict, but Football is corrupt, to much money and passion involved in the game

For an example, how much has betting affect the results of games,
So if football is corrupt, City are corrupt too? Last time I checked we are still playing the same game that you are accusing of being corrupt.

Ok with that logic I can see how you have come to that conclusion!
If I believed the game was as corrupt as you clearly do I would have walked away a long time ago.
Football has a long history of betting scandals.
How many far east Asia betting companies are sponsoring clubs,
And why is the premier league stopping shirt sponsorship
How many players have gambling debts
Betting in football can be enjoyable, but also can be a problem ,

European super league, reluctantly signed up to it.
Corruption, abuse of power for one's gain.

There’s an interesting point where, if they decide that there is sufficient evidence that the PL have to turn this over to the UK regulatory bodies, rather than an independent panel, who are a lower court (not legal, just arbitrary rule makers), then it could also explain why it’s taking so long.

I doubt that it’s in there remit they are looking to see if City broke PL rules which amounts to fraud but doubtful if would be of a level that the fraud office would be interested in

Isn’t this about pumping dodgy money into the accounts? The legal teams have an absolute responsibility to notify the relevant authorities of any possibility that they find.

The premier league is definitely corrupt. It's run purely in the interests of the two most powerful clubs in the country who have far too much influence. Anyone who wins it outside of those two has done extra well.
