It is a write up to justify their decision for each charge with a comprehensive explanation of their decision, they need to check the law even call in advice from experts over and above the ones who appeared They also have to ensure that procedures were followed to the letter and check case law
If the verdict is found against City and in light of who they are accusing of fraud they need to be extra sure of their verdict

Well that explains why it's taking so long, when they have to speak to all those 650m united fans, who absolutely know we're guilty.

Maybe those sackings that’s what they are for me because they didn’t see it coming is part of what we requested if we are found innocent and instead of us suing them we just asked what we want them to do, then when it’s all released as we will want it, them apologising us partly satisfied happy with what changing going ahead and we have put a line through it!

Not the verdict, but Football is corrupt, to much money and passion involved in the game

The result of a premiership game? I'm going to say practically never. Sure there has been some high profile cases regarding throw ins and even bookings but the actual result?
I'm a betting trader by the way.
