Isn’t this about pumping dodgy money into the accounts? The legal teams have an absolute responsibility to notify the relevant authorities of any possibility that they find.

As i have said from the beginning if we have done what we are accused of doing i would fully expect to see HMRC knocking at the door.

There’s an interesting point where, if they decide that there is sufficient evidence that the PL have to turn this over to the UK regulatory bodies, rather than an independent panel, who are a lower court (not legal, just arbitrary rule makers), then it could also explain why it’s taking so long.

Almost as though the end has to be justified by available means to prevent a legal challenge.
Any difficulty they find should indicate a need to change their verdict to one that has no challenge.

If we are being accused of fraud and fiddling figures, why haven't the fraud squad been in yet and ransacked the premises?

And I know in the past some posters have said I'm barking up the wrong tree but fraud is fraud and if indeed the charges of fraud are being thrown at us then why no activity from the required authorities?

The delay is probably linked to the fallout because either way its going to be biblical, at the very least people are going to lose jobs everywhere.

All depends on whether you believe the serial comma - a.k.a. Oxford comma - is correct usage or not. It derived from the printing industry in the Edwardian era so it’s debatable.

Can’t see how the PL Board members who ignored their own legal advice in the APT case and ended up introducing unlawful rules can possibly survive. Brittain and Masters have to go. They have cost the member clubs millions ands that’s before the full legal costs are confirmed. A total disaster for the PL,

I can find no reference to the 115, or to football in general, in the bible.

I could be wrong but I find it difficult to believe that they'll write up all the proceedings completely dispassionately then say, "Right, what do we think? Proven or not proven?" for every single instance.

It's more likely they'll have pretty well made their minds up by the end of the hearing in most cases. There may be some debates about levels of proof, or the weight of some of the evidence and going back to the evidence presented, but there are only 3 substantive charges, plus the issue of non-cooperation, so it should be pretty clear to them whether the PL has made its case to a sufficient level of cogency by the end of the hearing.

I do believe Arnold levy and Lewis all leaving their roles, does have a connection to the case. Arnold left a lot earlier. But I do believe Ratcliffe had something to do with this
