On a keyboard (well mine anyway) just use the "Alt Gr" button (to the right of the space bar) at the same time as pressing the vowel, á é í ó ú, like that.

If you're on a Samsung android phone, you need to be using the Samsung keyboard. Then press and hold the letter you want the fada (accent) over, and you get several options....
