PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That's half the story, isn't it? The first hurdle the PL has to pass is presenting cogent evidence in support of the alleged breaches.

Then they have the second hurdle you explained: trying to make the case that executives of three or four companies are lying in the club's counter evidence.

Seems to me, simply put, that the PL is screwed in both ventures?
When you think one in four people on the planet are United fans you’d think there’d be at least one whistleblower out of all the people that would have to be involved in this kind of ‘fraud’…

Our rival fans have gone so far down the rabbit hole that will NEVER recover if we aare not stripped of titles.

If at the end of this we are left as treble, 4peat, record breakers they might just give up on football. Here's hoping.
And it's hysterical since the chances of us being stripped of titles are nil.

Idiots who keep banging on about the charges really do not understand WHY teams have been stripped of titles in the past.

Juve for example were stripped of titles for match fixing. Very different, and much more serious, than what City are accused of doing.

Pretty much every unbiased analyst who understands the PL rules and possible sanctions said it would be playing in a lower division at worst - and even that assumes City are found guilty on the more serious charges.

Staggering if true (that the PL are attempting to prove this without evidence).
You'd have to have cold hard evidence that the execs were lying.
No evidence - no proof.
Desperation by the PL if true.
More likely the fervid imaginarium of Nick Harris and the rest of them.

what an asshole

Arsenal chief Edu admits 'there are things that unfortunately mean I cannot say what I feel' about …

I just dont see how there arent any serious repercussion for PL if we win/clear our name. the way they put our club into the dirt, allowing full blown loss or credit in some way, smear campaigns, potential sponsors may never opted to make financial deals with us with this shit hanging over us which they may have done especially with the on pitch success we just had recent years...

I do hope we kept all receipts just in case.

We won't clear our name, we will be found guilty of something & even if it's not a major charge, it'll mean that the narrative of City cooking the books will continue
