PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

See Spuds have announced a £100m investment into the business from their owners. Lovely, hard-earned , clean, crisp, honest to God, British notes.

BBC make no reference to Joe Lewis’s conviction for insider trading! But they can’t write an article on us without making reference to 115.

Indeed. None of the above is anything to do with City 115.
You are a respected person, who is very well informed on the matter, you tweeted about a possible announcement in the next 4 weeks in September.
In that that time 2 CEO 's have left their position at rival clubs.
Pep in press conference shortly after the alleged breaches were announced, blamed the CEO 's at rival clubs . He even named one, Daniel levy, who has left his position at Spuds. The other Tim Lewis has been huge supporter of FFP .
These are all facts,
2+2=?

My dog has gone lame on his back left leg which is a fact, that's got nothing to do with the 115 charges either.

Coincidence. Nobody (outside of the panel) knows what the decision says as nobody has seen it.

I honestly don’t think the announcement will be dictated by the football calendar, just because we are in an international break they would have announced it on Monday.
Agreed, its a huge announcement. Almost as big as the one City made when Jamie Oliver chicken balti pies were coming to the Etihad.

I expect they would prefer to avoid civil war. Only prefer though. That said I'm not sure they entirely understand what the impact of any decision will be and how that decision will be received by each individual club.
There must be those at the League that would prefer to lose, that would have consequences for some individuals, whereas winning would open a can of worms with other clubs and legal challenges that would lead to who know what.
