I don't have time to check right now as I'm about to go out for a bit, but I think the Panel has a wide dsicretion this time. In other words, if City ask for certain items to be disclosed, it's for the Panel to decide whether those items are actually needed for the proceedings to be disposed of fairly, and to make a disclosure order or refuse to make one accordingly.

So what do we all want from this once its ran its course ? I want the Prem thoroughly discredited and a root and branch clear out of the Management from top to bottom, I want PGMOL discredited as well, a clear out there is overdue. The red cartel have to be brought back in line and all there influence stopped, if it means that the Americans sell up then thats a happy bi product.
What i dont want to see is any clubs or media companies having enough power to influence the new Prem management that includes us. The prem needs breaking to be able to repair it properly but not broken up so that other "leagues" are formed. A management team overseen by an independent authority needs to be formed ,the Prem could be a brilliant league it just needs to be broken so it can be repaired correctly .

That is good to know, and it's good to know there are Geordies that can see through the bullshit. What supporters of clubs other than united, liverpool, arsenal, spurs and to a lesser extent, chelsea need to realise is this particular era belongs to City, it's our time, but we all know it won't last forever. What the American owned **** clubs don't want is anyone outside their mutually exclusive cabal having their own era. They want us engineered out of it for good and they don't want anyone taking our place. Newcastle aren't 'doing it the right way' as so many of their supporters state. You're right where they want you to be. On the edge of it all playing a bit part. They are tolerating you and that is good as it will ever get whilst they're pulling the strings. Newcastle, Everton, Forest, Wolves and their supporters should be all in with City and breaking their cosy little clique up.

That takes me back to my working days in Engineering.
Scrap metal was an item of value so it was collected and sold.
No monthly invoices brought the question what about scrap (metal turnings and flame cut scrap) ?
Full disclosure alerted all to its value especially non ferrous metal
So it is alleged that a proportion was invoiced and the rest paid in cash.

VAT man happy and cash was always useful.

Yeah you could but by doing that you open yourself up as to why you have done that as the only reason you would overwrite data is to the save the cost of buying more storage or to conceal existing data and i dont think anyone is going to buy that they did to save the cost.

We know what we are looking for and exactly where to find it once full disclosure is done as legally required.
