PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

From the BBC explaining our 115 charges.
5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.’
So either they’re wrong or I’m misunderstanding it.
If the charges about incorrect accounts are proven then we effectively failed FFP

The charges can be group into 5 relate to:

1) Alleged inaccurate financial information.

2) Alleged financial breaches relating to manager remuneration.

3) Alleged breaches of UEFA club licensing & FFP regulations.

4) Alleged breaches of PL profitability and sustainability rules.

5) Alleged lack of co-operation.

only two of those, 1 & 2, relate to substantive accounting issues. If the PL can't land those, then charges 3 & 4 automatically fail, as they're totally dependent on 1 & 2. That leaves charge 5, of non-cooperation.

It stinks

For me, if it wasn't for Stefan on Talksport bringing this up nobody in the media would have said a thing and it would have been brushed under the carpet, I had to Laugh at Jim trying his best to stop Stefan and quickly washing over it

How can a Premier League club (united) just go about doing this sort of thing and NOBODY brings it up in the media
All the Club should be calling for an emergency meeting and asking the question WHY let United get away with £75million of fudging and then hold the other 19 clubs to the PSR rules.

This Is Big News for me, It's not even hiding the facts it's in black and white in their annual revenue reports,
SKYsports BBC and all the other media outlets Know never to cross them and dig them out, Stefan may find his slots on talksport very limited from now on.

we should argue that accurate or inaccurate doesnt matter because as long as you're playing in red then the rules are different anyway and we have substantive evidence to back that up
